Please join the City of Gretna for our annual holiday event, Greenery and Glitter, located in downtown Gretna on McKenna Ave and at Peterson Park.
From 1pm-4pm There will be a wide variety of activities located at different businesses on McKenna Ave, from crafts and candle making, to stories with Mrs. Claus and hayrack rides with horses! We encourage you to visit all the shops on the map to participate in their activity and have some holiday fun!
From 12pm-4pm in the old Fire Hall next to City Hall will be the Handmade Holiday Market with 25 vendors selling specially crafted items. Whether you are looking for a unique holiday gift for a loved one or something neat for yourself, there will be a wide selection of amazing, crafted items!
From 4pm-6pm at Peterson Park we will have even more activities for everyone to enjoy! We will have fire pits, a scavenger hunt, carols, and a tree lighting ceremony with Mayor Evans and MORE!
