🚫 Vandalism in Our Parks 🚫
Over the past month, North Park and Peterson Park have been vandalized four separate times. This has included graffiti on restrooms, playground equipment, picnic tables, and ball fields, along with other property damage.
Some of the graffiti has even contained profanity in areas where many children and families play. While our Public Works team has been quick to clean and repair the damage, new vandalism often appears almost immediately after.
Each incident is reported to the Sarpy County Sheriff's Office, but we need the community’s help. If you see vandalism taking place or if you have information that could help identify those responsible, please report it right away.
Our parks are meant to be safe, welcoming spaces for everyone. Let’s work together to protect them. Your eyes and voice can make a difference!💚🌳
