System Update Notice
The City of Gretna has transitioned from Invoice Cloud to the BS&A Online Payment System. The new system is LIVE as of February 17, 2026.
To access your account and make a payment, you'll need to enter your unique PIN. This PIN can be found at the bottom of your utility bill.
✅ This change will NOT affect customers currently enrolled in ACH
✅ All other payment methods will continue to be accepted as usual
