On 9/7/21, the City of Gretna Mayor presented a check for $2,810.00 to the Gretna Neighbors Food Pantry for proceeds from the City sponsored McKenna Market Mania Flea Market event. This event was started in 2019 with the intention of raising funds for the Gretna Neighbors Food Pantry. The first year the event raised $299, the 2nd saw an increase to $1,455. The event is anticipated to continue it's trajectory and increase in size and growth which will be a huge win for the Gretna Community.
