The City of Gretna has called a snow emergency effective today, Wednesday, 1/18/23 @ 3:00 P.M. until Thursday, 1/19/23 @ 12:00 P.M.
The intention of a snow emergency is to facilitate the removal of snow and ice from the City of Gretna streets. Therefore it is unlawful for any automobile to be parked on any public street within the City limits for the designated time frame. Vehicle(s) parked on a public street during the snow emergency will be ticketed.
