July 22nd - July 26th - American Paving will conduct specific road repairs and this should not impact residents. There may be sections of the road blocked during these repairs.
August 5th - August 9th - American Paving will be applying sealant to all the roads in the neighborhood. The attached graphic will designate when certain sections of the road will be open or closed to allow for the sealant to properly cure. With these closures, you will not be able to access the road in front of your home so please look at the alternate route. Additionally, you must turn your sprinklers off for 24 hours when the construction is on your street.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Residents who drive over the seal coat before its fully cured will be held responsible for damages and costs associated with the repair.
This is all weather permitting. If there are changes, we will let you know. The Copper Ridge HOA Board will communicate with residents via email, Facebook and mail leading up to maintenance.
